Raftr Support: March 23 Update

Admin Portal:

  • Introduced Branding page to manage community name and logo
  • Introduced feature to support setting the default notifications digest frequency for new accounts
  • Some fixes like better loading states

Android:

  • Expanded support for multi-community membership
  • Updated main header navigation
  • Updated chat to have two separate feeds: Personal Chat and Channels
  • Introduced initial support for customized colors throughout the app (for cobranded communities; this will continue to be expanded through Q2)
  • Some fixes like preventing a crash related to the Events feed and supporting tagging more than one person in the same content

iOS:

  • Expanded support for multi-community membership
  • Updated main header navigation
  • Updated chat to have two separate feeds: Personal Chat and Channels
  • Account creation and onboarding updates to support cobranding (for cobranded communities), neutralize UI (for non-cobranded communities), and simplify UX
  • Some fixes like preventing some crashes and properly showing tagged people when editing content

Web:

  • Account creation and onboarding updates to support cobranding (for cobranded communities), neutralize UI (for non-cobranded communities), and simplify UX
  • Expanded support for customized colors throughout the app (for cobranded communities; this will continue to be expanded through Q2)
  • Chat messages now include “Not yet seen” lists (in addition to the “Seen by” lists) and the ability to export the data to CSV
  • Broadcast Posts can now be scheduled
  • It is now possible to mute notifications forever
  • Isolated Events with locations now have a map view
  • Some fixes like chat sidebars auto-updating as new messages arrive and the third-party calendar export option also being available via the Share button
